Virunga National Park is mobilizing funds to cover costs of the hospital for the next 3 months

The province of North Kivu is experiencing a new eruption in violence. The armed group ADF continues to terrorize the region of Mutwanga, near Beni. Survivors of ADF attacks include not only civilians but also park rangers and the national military. Mutwanga Hospital plays a crucial role in providing assistance to people affected by this upsurge in violence.

The Mutwanga power station, built by Virunga National Park, aids the hospital to conserve medicine and perform life-saving operations, 24 hours a day. Growing insecurity has multiplied the number of patients who can no longer pay the bills. As such, the hospital is on the verge of bankruptcy, drug stocks are empty, and medical staff are no longer paid.

Help us, help them cover the costs of the hospital for the next 3 months. All contributions will be given to the hospital in their entirety
